1.​DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1.Public offer (hereinafter - the "Offer") - a public offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude with the Seller a distance selling agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.

4.4 If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller shall not be liable for the Goods selected by the Buyer.

5.3 The Buyer specifies the place of delivery of the Goods when placing the Order for the purchase of the Goods.
5.4 The period of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the period of order processing and the period of delivery.
5.5 The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer - to any person presenting a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or the delivery of the Goods.
5.6 Information about the Goods shall be brought to the Buyer's attention on labels, by marking or in any other way accepted for certain types of goods.
5.7 Information about mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Goods shall be provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and shall include information about the number of the document confirming such conformity, its validity period and the organization that issued it.
5.8 The Buyer has the right to return the purchased Goods, according to the terms of sale of goods by distance selling.
5.9 All claims shall be sent to the Seller's legal address.
