Delivery and payment

Payment is available on site or upon receipt. Available payment methods: bank card, cash. The choice of payment for specific delivery method may vary. Available payment methods appear after the Customer selects the method of order delivery.

Payment authorization
All requests paid with bank cards must be authorized by the bank.

Cash payment
Payment in cash is made upon receipt of the order at pickup from points of our partner network in your city (Moscow, Kazan, Tambov). A receipt is given along with the order.

Cashless payment
Payment for online orders by bank card is made in the online store when placing an order.

You can also pay for your order by bank card or fast payment system when you receive the goods in points of the partner network of your city.

Please note the process of payment by bank card in the online store:

1. Payment is made in online store immediately after placing the order.
2. After confirming the Order composition, personal data and delivery address, it will be necessary to enter your bank card data (card number, surname and name of the cardholder, card expiration date and CVV/CVC code).
3. Payment is made through the authorization server of MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, "Mir" payment systems. Cards of any banks are accepted for payment.
4. SacredBalance online store never asks for your card PIN-code. Never give your card PIN-code to third parties.

An electronic check for orders paid by cashless payment method is sent to your e-mail immediately after the payment has been made. The electronic check contains all data about the payment transaction.

In case of an order creation error:

1. In case of an error, you can always contact Customer Service by phone Refunds are made by the Seller within 10 days.
2. The operation on crediting of funds by the issuing bank may take up to 30 calendar days.

1. Express delivery from online store
Available payment methods (by prepayment only): by bank card.

Delivery is possible only in cities: Moscow, Kazan, Tambov. The cost of express delivery is agreed separately with support service.

2. SDEC delivery
You can choose delivery by courier "to door" or pick up your parcel at one of the pick-up points.

Delivery is made on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 and may take one or more days. The courier will contact you in advance to agree on the time of delivery. If you place and pay for your order after 14:00, it will be transferred to the courier service on the next day. Delivery by SDEK service on weekends is not carried out.
The delivery price is calculated automatically and taken into account when making the final payment for the order on the website. Please check the delivery time after selecting a settlement from list or on site of SDEK.

3. Self-delivery from Sacred Balance partners
Available only for products available at selected partner in your city, from where you re making a pickup.
Available payment methods (only by prepayment): by bank card.
How to place an order with pickup from Sacred Balance offline store:

• Select the required Goods in the online store.
• When placing an order, select the delivery method "pickup from store".
• Once the order is assembled, you will be contacted by our support team.
• Pick up your order from our partner.

Please be advised:
— Order storage period - 7 days from the date of collection.
—#If the goods in the cart are out of stock, an operator will contact you to clarify the details of the order.

The cost of delivery depends on the chosen delivery method and courier service.

When you receive your order, we recommend the following steps:

• Check the integrity of the outer packaging.
• Please note: opening of the outer packaging is possible only with a paid order (when receiving an order without prepayment, payment must be made first); it is not allowed to open the individual packaging of the Goods.

• Partial payment of the order is not possible.

Order cancellation and refund

1. Goods of improper quality are goods that do not meet the requirements for this category of goods in legal acts and normative documents or the terms and conditions of the contract with consumers.
2. In case of return of goods of improper quality, the buyer is refunded the cost of the goods, excluding delivery.
3. Goods purchased in the Sacred Balance online store, as well as those purchased from the official partners of the company, can be returned.

Please be advised:
If the Order was paid online, the funds will be returned to the card from which the payment was made.

Claims of the Customers or Recipients shall be considered within 10 days from the date of submission (Article  22 of the Law  22 of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights"). If the claim is satisfied, the refund is made within 10 days. The terms of crediting funds to the bank card or settlement account of the Customer or the Beneficiary are determined by the terms and conditions of their bank.
