PUBLIC OFFER
Konstantin Andreev, registered as an individual entrepreneur with Individual Taxpayer Number 503012907850, Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur 318682000046617, hereinafter the “Seller”, publishes this Public Offer Agreement on online sales of Goods.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Public offer (hereinafter the “Offer”) means the Seller's public offer, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to conclude a contract with the Seller for the distance sales of goods (hereinafter the “Contract”) under the terms and conditions set forth in the Offer including all Appendices.
1.2. Order for Goods on the website means items selected by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale when placing an order for Goods on the website.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. By ordering the Goods placed on the website, the Buyer accepts all the terms and conditions of the Offer.

4. PLACING AN ORDER

4.4. If the Seller needs any additional information, it has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the information in question, the Seller will not be considered liable for the Goods selected by the Buyer.
4.5. The Buyer accepts the terms and conditions of the Offer by entering the relevant data in the registration form on the website.
4.7. The Seller cannot be held liable for the reliability or accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
4.9. The Contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the date that the Seller issues a cash or sales receipt or another document that confirms the payment of the Goods.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. The Seller will deliver the Goods to the Buyer using one of the methods indicated on the website.

5.7. Information on obligatory certificates of conformity of the Goods is provided in accordance with Russian law on technical regulation and includes the certificate number, its validity period, and the name of the organization that issued the document.
